About Sandy
Sandy Borstad is a business growth consultant who works with manufacturers throughout the state to help them align their people strategies with business results. She brings a wealth of experience in talent development, leadership, coaching and program management. She has a strong track record of driving organizational results.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Sandy served as a Training and Outreach Manager within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. She collaborated with manufacturing and community stakeholders to design impactful development programs. Sandy also served as a Talent Development Manager at one of the nation’s largest renewable energy engineering, procurement and construction companies. There she led a team in developing and delivering programs to attract, develop and retain employees at all levels of the organization.
A resident of Avon, MN, Sandy enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring local and state parks, spending time at the lake, and continuous learning.
