About Jared
Jared Roiger is a business growth consultant who brings strong experience in engineering, operations, and continuous improvement across a range of manufacturing environments. He has demonstrated success leading product development, improving throughput, and implementing practical lean systems. Jared’s strong foundation in manufacturing began early — in his family’s welding shop — and continues today, delivering meaningful results through automation, scheduling improvements, and lean systems such as kanban, tier boards, and KPI management.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Jared served as an engineering manager for a precision injection molder in the medical device industry, where he led new product introduction processes and managed safety and CI across multiple shifts.
A resident of Baldwin, MN, Jared and his wife enjoy raising their five kids together. He is heavily involved in coaching youth sports and loves gardening and deer hunting as a family.
