As a business development consultant, Andre works with manufacturing companies to help them grow their businesses and improve their performance. Andre leverages a strong background in communication and sales skills to identify client needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Before joining Enterprise Minnesota, Andre owned and operated his own business for over six years, where he developed a passion for sales and customer service. He learned how to manage multiple aspects of a business, from marketing to operations and human resources. He implemented customer service management strategies that increased satisfaction and retention. Through his experience as a business owner, he gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that manufacturers face in today’s competitive market. His goal is to help manufacturers achieve their potential and contribute to the economic development of Minnesota.
A resident of Vadnais Heights, MN, in his free time he enjoys playing pickleball, hunting, making maple syrup, and building things.
