About Sheri
Sheri is a business growth consultant who brings more than 20 years of experience applying continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing performance across regulated and complex environments, including medical device manufacturing, precision machining, and medical equipment service/repair operations. Her passion for lean philosophy, operational excellence, and CI culture has been the foundation for her leadership roles in engineering, operations, IT and MES, and global standardization.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Sheri held a leadership role at medical component manufacturer, where she built and led the process development function for manufacturability and lean transformations.
