Penny grew up in an entrepreneurial family where having your own family business was the norm, not the exception. For 25 years Penny worked in marketing for private, family owned, private equity, public, and start-up organizations, including Hearth & Home Technologies, SAS, Schwan’s, Graco, Wagner Spray Tech and BF Goodrich.
Penny’s experience includes corporate marketing, branding, licensing, and strategic planning for businesses in consumer goods, durable goods, industrial and aerospace industries. She’s particularly experienced with sales teams, art teams, social media strategy, content strategy as well as domestic and international lead generation programs. She has also led teams in product management which included new product development, product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing, sales team/internal teams launch, promotions, and domestic as well as international packaging.
Penny is a lifelong resident of the southwest metro and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and three dogs; she is also a weekend photographer and traveler.
