The Weekly Report – September 8, 2025.
One of our top talent and leadership consultants will use our September 17th manufacturing workshop to show companies how building a strong culture can drive growth.
Michele Neale is a long-time advocate of strong organizational culture as an employee retention tool. She’ll show companies how they can also use culture to drive growth.
Neale will show participants how to connect employees to the company mission to foster accountability and retention. She’ll also share best practices for communication and transparency that can help create a pipeline of engaged employees.
Manufacturers that instill people-centered cultures see immediate and direct benefits. Companies with strong communication and deep employee engagement outperform their competitors by 202% according to Gallup. They also have reduced turnover and fewer safety incidents.
“To create and maintain that culture, leaders need to communicate intentionally, daily, and usually in a team setting where ideas and learning can be shared,” she says.
She also urges leaders to articulate their company’s big picture so employees know what their role is and why it matters. “They want to be tied to a larger mission and be told why their role is important,” she says.
In addition to showing workshop participants why and how to communicate with employees, Neale will share techniques that help companies improve performance while strengthening leadership at every level of the organization. “Providing employees with the skills and confidence to make improvements in their work is a key part of any leader’s job,” she says.
I hope you can join us for the virtual workshop, from 9:15 – 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17 via Zoom.
