Unbeatable ROI

The Weekly Report – February 9, 2026.
Manufacturing workshops give participants access to business experts, a road map for operational improvement, and actionable information.

When we launched our first manufacturing workshops years ago, our intent was threefold: We wanted to introduce our business consulting experts to manufacturers across the state, showcase the market value of our suite of services, and create visibility and awareness of Enterprise Minnesota as a “go to” organization for helping manufacturing enterprises grow profitably.

Through the years, our team has carefully studied each workshop, using the results of post-event surveys and participant input to enhance content and delivery format. This constant drive to get better is evident in the exceptional presentations and interactions at each event. The bottom line: these events give manufacturers an outstanding return on their investment—which is simply the time it takes to attend, since all workshops are free of charge to manufacturers.

Workshops are filled with substantive content that shows participants thoughtful, disciplined approaches to the challenges they face in all aspects of business – strategy, growing revenue, business management systems (we use ISO), talent and leadership development, continuous improvement, and exit planning. Most involve breakout sessions to allow participants to talk about specific challenges they face. Manufacturers regularly leave with a list of immediate action steps they can take to move toward operational improvement.

In the coming weeks, we have a truly outstanding line up of workshops, and we hope you can join us for one or more of these events:
