About Nicole
Nicole Wenzel is a business growth consultant who works with manufacturers throughout the state to help them strengthen quality management systems, meet regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement. Nicole’s experience in quality assurance, food safety, and compliance within food manufacturing environments positions her well to help Enterprise Minnesota clients build stronger management systems and improve organizational performance.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Nicole served as the Quality Manager for Seneca Foods in Montgomery, MN. Throughout her career, she has led improvement initiatives, regulatory and third-party audits, and corrective action efforts that strengthened both quality systems and operational results.
Nicole enjoys learning about native ecology, West Coast Swing dancing, and involvement in Minneapolis’ local music and flow arts communities.
