Leadership Essentials

Leadership Essentials is a six-session, multi-day course that gives participants the necessary skills to be effective leaders at all levels of the organization. Knowledgeable in-house leaders foster a positive working environment that can improve retention, increase employee engagement, and lead to greater productivity and profitability.

Michele Neale, one of Enterprise Minnesota’s expert consultants on talent and leadership development, will show participants how to improve team dynamics by learning behaviors, developing skills of a change leader, and how to create a culture of accountability and engagement.
