A Model for Manufacturing Excellence
Our next workshop will show manufacturers how ISO 9001 certification can drive growth.
ISO certification is more than a compliance exercise; it’s a growth strategy. At our August 6 workshop, business growth consultant Keith Gadacz, one of Enterprise Minnesota’s top ISO and audit experts, will show manufacturers how to maximize the benefits of certification.
Keith has spent his career helping manufacturers understand how ISO 9001 can improve operations, from more consistent quality to higher productivity to expanded opportunities with OEMs. He understands how to extend ISO’s benefits beyond the certificate on the wall. Those advantages include:
Quality. ISO certification gives everyone in an operation a shared, documented understanding of processes and confirms that they’re being followed. The standard requires companies to track nonconformances, investigate root causes, and build in corrective actions. Quality problems are caught early and solved systematically.
Productivity. Earning ISO certification often kicks off a company-wide commitment to process improvement that translates into productivity increases. That’s because the discipline required by the certification process generates measurable gains in operational efficiency.
Opportunity. Many OEMs won’t even consider a new vendor without ISO certification. Certified companies can compete for additional contracts and give customers confidence that quality will remain high as volume grows.
Keith will walk through how the components of ISO 9001 work together as a genuine management system, not just a documentation requirement. He’ll also show how company leaders are critical to keeping essential business processes coordinated.
You will leave the workshop understanding:
• How to use ISO certification in pursuit of operational excellence
• How the components of ISO 9001 work together as a tool to manage your business
• The role management plays in coordinating critical business process flows
• Preliminary insights into the coming changes for ISO 9001:2026
Who Should Attend: This workshop is designed for any manufacturer interested in ISO certification, or anyone who wants to better understand certification as a business improvement system. It’s also a strong primer for employees who are new to ISO or preparing for an upcoming audit.
Registration: This event is exclusive to manufacturers and is free of charge. Registration is required. Please use this link.
