L&M Radiator Owner Laura Ekholm joins Enterprise Minnesota’s Board of Directors

Minneapolis (December 22, 2017) - Enterprise Minnesota, an ISO 9001:2008 certified consulting organization serving medium-size and smaller manufacturing companies, has appointed Laura Ekholm to its board of directors. Ekholm, owner and executive vice president of L&M Radiator, Inc., joins the board of nine members who actively work to guide and strengthen Enterprise Minnesota’s ability to help Minnesota manufacturing companies compete and grow profitably.

L&M Radiator is a family-owned business that designs and manufactures industrial radiators and other heat exchangers for heavy duty off-road and stationary equipment. The company has plants in Hibbing, MN; Yankton, South Dakota; Perth, Western Australia; Antofagasta, Chile; and Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. L&M Radiator works primarily within the mining and oil and gas industries.

Before joining the family business, Ekholm served 16 years as an investment banker originating public finance bond offerings for housing and health care transactions. Ekholm served on the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2006-2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
