The Value of Peer Councils

Manufacturing Workshop

Each Enterprise Minnesota Executive Peer Council brings together a small group of manufacturing leaders to provide a strategic resource for leading excellent companies. Join us August 10th as Abbey Hellickson leads a discussion with four manufacturing executives on trends, insights and the value they gain from participating in Peer Council.

“Our focus,” said Bob Kill, president & CEO of Enterprise Minnesota, “is not telling manufacturers anything but letting them share their own knowledge and experiences. That’s the power of peer councils. The focus is on the manufacturers.”

What to expect:

  • Understanding the value of open dialogue with other manufacturing executives
  • Current Peer Council groups and how they operate
  • How manufacturing executives leverage the knowledge and insights to help grow their companies

Featured manufacturing executives:

  • Scott Christman – General Manager, Seitz Stainless – Avon, MN (Visit website)
  • Shawn Pfieffer – General Manager, Modern Metal Products – Owatonna, MN (Visit website)
  • Craig Porter – President, PlastiCert, Inc. – Lewiston, MN (Visit website)
