How to Better Learn From Your Manufacturing Peers

Manufacturing Workshop

Join us August 10th as Abbey Hellickson leads a discussion with four manufacturing executives on trends, insights and the value they gain from participating in Peer Council. Learn more about Peer Councils.

Each Enterprise Minnesota Executive Peer Council brings together a small group of manufacturing leaders to provide a strategic resource for leading excellent companies. Councils convene one day each month for a combination of topical presentations and open-ended conversation in a confidential environment. In this way, members function as an advisory board for the others. The meetings are also supplemented by multi-council events, leadership development webcasts, company tours, and guest speakers.

What to expect:

  • Understanding the strategic value of open dialogue with other manufacturing executives
  • Current Peer Council groups and how they operate
  • How manufacturing executives leverage the knowledge and insights to help grow their companies
