Sustaining Daily Dialogue (Part 2)

Manufacturing Workshop

Greg Langfield, one of our most experienced continuous improvement and ISO experts, will address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many staff are out, state restrictions keep changing, health and safety guidelines are imperative, the supply chain is disrupted, stock is out, and the list goes on.

Greg will build upon lessons covered in “Leading Through Daily Dialogue,” on how managers can use CI to better communicate with shop floor employees during the pandemic and accomplish improvements each day. This workshop will cover how to implement daily dialogue techniques within your organization and lessons for helping them sustain into the future. More productive employees work smarter, not harder or longer, which helps your business continue to meet customer demands during this challenging time, while improving the bottom line and providing career opportunities for your employees.

This workshop is part II from “Leading Through Daily Dialogue,” but If you didn’t attend part I, that’s okay, as Greg will lead this session with a brief recap to get you up to speed.

You will leave the workshop understanding how to:

  • Strengthen and sustain continuous improvement efforts
  • Implement daily dialogue techniques into your organization
  • Increase the visibility and communication among leadership and staff
  • Improve productivity company-wide
