Driving Continuous Improvement in Uncertain Times

Manufacturing Workshop

Please join us for Enterprise Minnesota’s virtual manufacturing workshop, Driving Continuous Improvement in Uncertain Times: What Leadership Needs to Do to Keep Employees Engaged, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on January 13 via Zoom. You will learn how to deploy continuous improvement methods that will help you weather the next 90 to 100 days.

David Ahlquist, one of our most experienced continuous improvement and ISO experts will address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many staff are out, state restrictions keep changing, health and safety guidelines are imperative, the supply chain is disrupted, stock is out, and the list goes on.

David will show how managers can use CI to better communicate with shop floor employees during the pandemic and accomplish improvements each day. More productive employees work smarter, not harder or longer, which helps your business continue to meet customer demands during this challenging time, while improving the bottom line and providing career opportunities for your employees.

You will leave the workshop understanding how to:

  • Strengthen and sustain continuous improvement efforts
  • Increase employee skills and behaviors that align with company goals
  • Increase focus on value-added activities
  • Improve productivity company-wide
