Position Purpose

Seeking candidates with extensive experience successfully leading:

  • Company-wide lean transformations and continuous improvement initiatives. 


  • Advise client CEOs, lead client teams, and deliver consulting services to successfully put into practice initiatives that clearly grow their business through measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the business development team during sales opportunities to conduct discovery, scope projects, develop proposals, respond to client queries and attend pre-sales and sales calls.
  • Identify and expand complementary services when working with existing clients.
  • Contribute to the organizational development of colleagues and content assuring accuracy, completeness, brand, and professionalism in all materials.
  • Support consultant peers in client engagements.
  • Report client activities and ensure measurement and reporting of client business results of consulting services.
  • Three of five days of travel per week to clients and prospects across the state.

Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Demonstrated track record of success collaborating and consulting with CEOs/owners to assess business environment and recommend solutions.
  • Ten+ years' experience in manufacturing functions (executive, production, engineering, quality, etc.).
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to lead/facilitate cross-functional teams as well as be an individual contributor.
  • Desire, passion and experience working with teams to drive the success of a common goal both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).
