About Pat

Pat Vasatka serves as Enterprise Minnesota’s vice president of finance. Along with managing the finance function for the organization, Pat manages banking relationships and IT.  Pat also acts as the financial authority for the organization’s NIST/MEP cooperative agreement with responsibility for contract review and financial compliance reporting.

Pat has a deep background of management experience across a wide range of organizations: non-profit, start-up and established for-profit organizations. Her experience includes finance and accounting, cash management and treasury, managing legal relationships, contract review, management of shared services, IT and facilities.

Pat began her career as corporate accounting manager at Apache Corporation and was controller for Pace Incorporated, chief financial officer for Pace Analytical, and controller at Acorn Cardiovascular, Inc.

She currently serves on the finance committee for the Northeast Investment Cooperative, an organization dedicated to improving Northeast Minneapolis by making investments in real estate and helping bring new businesses to the community. Pat also serves as a trustee in her local church, where she previously served as chair of the parish council and finance council.
