GreenLeanTM Principles - Improving Productivity and Growing Through LeanNamely, the Principles of GreenLeanTMDiscover the benefits of moving from a traditional workplace to a Lean environment. We offer two classes to help you make that transition: Principles of GreenLeanTM: Lean 101This workshop mixes live simulation with classroom presentations. Participants learn Lean techniques through a four-part production simulation. Companies who have trained their employees in Lean techniques report dramatic improvements in quality, on-time delivery and cycle-time reduction. Principles of GreenLeanTM: Lean 111This workshop involves a mix of classroom style learning with interactive live simulation addressing environments outside the typical manufacturing environment. At the end of the workshop, participants will have re-designed a leaner office that improves customer and employee satisfaction and speeds the order-to-cash cycle. |
