This session will cover a foundational set of project management processes applicable to any project, including specific tools for determining risk and opportunity that you will be able to utilize immediately.

This session will help you:

- Discover how a solid project management infrastructure impacts projects
- Learn the necessary project management functions for any project
- Recognize why projects get into trouble and how to offset those challenges
- Identify the key components of project risk management
- Apply core steps of project opportunity and risk management to increase the probability of success
