Rick Kvasager is a business development consultant with a wealth of experience in industrial engineering and project management, and was an early practitioner of Training Within Industry (TWI). This experience has given Rick unique insight into manufacturing processes and has helped him establish a lengthy track record of connecting manufacturers to the resources they need to boost plant productivity, eliminate wastes, and improve customer satisfaction. Based in west-central Minnesota, Rick’s focus is on observing and understanding the needs of each individual business so that he can best guide them on a path for growth.
Before joining Enterprise Minnesota 21 years ago, Rick served as a senior industrial engineer for Control Data Corporation, and as an industrial engineer for both Square D and Honeywell.
Rick resides in Alexandria and is a member of the Tri-State Manufacturers Association and the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He also serves on the Technology Advisory Council for the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
