David Buchholz is a business growth consultant with a strong track record of helping manufacturers transform their operations. As a leader at Fortune 500 companies, as well as at small to medium manufacturing firms, David's efforts have helped manufacturers achieve millions of dollars in annual savings as well as significant reductions in time and material waste. His expertise in business process transformation, quality management systems, and lean methodologies make him a valuable resource for Enterprise Minnesota clients.
Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Buchholz served as a principal consultant at the Business Improvement Team of Minnesota, as vice president of continuous improvement for Smyth Companies in St. Paul, as vice president of operations for the Topflight Corporation in Glen Rock, PA, as vice president of three strategic business units for the Moore Corporation in Bannockburn, IL, and as a director of manufacturing for the Brown-Bridge Division of Kimberly Clark in Troy, OH.
David is a resident of Stanchfield, MN. Outside of work, Buchholz and his wife raise produce to support Family Pathways, a program that works to meet the needs of those struggling with food scarcity.
