As a Business Growth Advisor for Enterprise Minnesota, Vicki Prock works with clients to develop and implement strategies to grow business. She draws on more than 20 years of experience in consulting and executive group facilitation, skills training and development, multi-level
project management, administrative and operational leadership, as well as development and staffing advisory boards and committees.
Vicki works with several CEO Peer Groups around the state to help connect business leaders and facilitate conversation. Manufacturing executives have an opportunity to ask each other for advice and help one another.
Vicki has a bachelor's degree in both psychology and secondary education from Coe College. Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Vicki worked in both the public and private sectors doing operations management, job training, and program education. She began her career as
statewide education project coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). Her next career stops included work as regional training manager for Job Skills, Inc., project manager at the Minnesota State Supreme Court, and manager of operations
for Robert S. Banks Associates.
In addition, Vick has received professional training in project management, corporate leadership, outcome-based performance measurement, and adult learning and training.
