Drawing on more than 28 years in research, consulting, and analysis, Roger has the knowledge to understand and improve a client's business. Roger has a bachelor's degree in counseling psychology from Metropolitan State University, a master's degree in library science, research evaluation and statistics from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in decision science and strategic management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Roger has a strong background in business analysis. Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, he worked for several research firms, including serving as head of research for INFORM Research Service, and president of Knowledge Based Solutions.
