Kevin Kaufman serves as Enterprise Minnesota's business growth advisor in southeast Minnesota including the southeast metro area. Kevin has a deep background in channel marketing, financial analysis, and business valuation to help guide clients to success and growth.

With more than 20 years professional experience, Kevin draws on his knowledge of manufacturing to connect a company's goals with executable strategies. He excels in identifying opportunities for businesses to improve efficiency and grow.

Kevin holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and his Master's of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.

Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Kevin worked in business-to-business sales, dealing directly with executives and small and mid-sized businesses. He served as professional placement manager at Manpower Inc., manager/recruiter of the banking division at Management Recruiters of Winona, Inc., wholesale sales manager at Wild Wings, LLC., and several prior sales and banking positions.

In 2010, Kevin was nominated as Newcomer of the Year for NIST-MEP. In addition, he serves asa member of the assessement advisory team for the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation.
