Jan Hepola has more than 15 years of experience in assessing the training and technology needs of organizations, creating and delivering training programs that develop business leaders, and providing consultation and project management for web-based application and marketing projects. Jan brings leadership experiences as a program lead, staff supervisor, project manager, and service director in both private and public sector organizations to her role as a facilitator and trainer within the leadership development services offered by Enterprise Minnesota. Recognized locally, nationally and internationally as an e-marketing public speaker and trainer, Jan assists companies with clarifying their business goals, and developing their online marketing efforts toward supporting and achieving those goals. Jan's experience includes developing strategic Internet marketing plans, search engine optimization, search marketing, site design, usability, and application planning. Jan holds a bachelor's of science in human relations from the University of Minnesota and has continued with graduate work in e-business, leadership development and organizational management. She is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Usability Professionals Association, and meets the standards of a Search Engine Marketing Professional. Jan is a Certified Trainer of Job Relations and Job Instructions modules of the Training Within Industry program. She is a certified Social Styles® program trainer, which focuses on building effective communication skills with leadership teams, managers and supervisors, salespeople and technical support staff. Jan is a CEO Peer Council facilitator and brings experience in strategic planning, culture and employee engagement, team development, and executive coaching. She is a certified Intrinsic® Coach. |
