Bill Martinson serves as a business growth advisor in northwest Minnesota. His background includes product development, manufacturing technology, business strategy and analysis, financial analysis, facility design, and operations management.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering, Bill leverages his skills to help Enterprise Minnesota clients achieve operational improvement and growth. He facilitates a number of CEO Peer Councils in northwest Minnesota, connecting business
leaders to speak with each other candidly and confidentially about issues that that matter to them and their business. He is an expert at helping businesses find the necessary resources to solve problems and grow business.
Bill worked in manufacturing and engineering prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota. He began his career in engineering for White Farm Equipment before moving on to Steiger Tractor Co. He then served as General Manager of Wahpeton Canvas Co. In addition, Bill has served as
adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota Moorhead.
Bill has an undergraduate degree in agricultural engineering from North Dakota State University, and his Master of Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. In addition to being a registered professional engineer, he is a member of the American Society
for Agricultural Engineers, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
