	John Berger, Corporate Director for Process Improvement, Fiserv Output Solutions Berger has more than 20 years in materials, operations, and engineering management with training in Lean and Six Sigma tools. He enjoys developing and directing the integration of people, hardware, and software to achieve operational excellence.
	Jeff Mueller, Business Development Specialist, Enterprise Minnesota (Moderator) Mueller helps manufacturers identify the best strategies to improve efficiency and grow business. He has more than 30 years of experience in client relations, with specific background in finance, banking, sales and marketing, project management, and business development.
