As a Process Engineering Specialist for Enterprise Minnesota, Vicki Prock works with clients to implement strategies that promote growth. With over 20 years of experience, Vicki draws on her background in administrative management including consulting and executive group facilitation, skills training and development, multi-level project management, administrative and operational leadership, as well as development and staffing advisory boards and committees.

 

Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Vicki worked in both the public and private sectors doing operations management, job training, and program education. She began her career as statewide education project coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). Her next career stops included work as regional training manager for Job Skills, Inc., project manager at the Minnesota State Supreme Court, and manager of operations for Robert S. Banks Associates.

 

Vicki has bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and secondary education from Coe College. She has also received professional training in project management, corporate leadership, outcome-based performance measurement, and adult learning and training.
