Rick Kvasager serves as Enterprise Minnesota’s Business Development Specialist for west-central Minnesota. He provides clients with his experience in engineering and manufacturing including work on lean enterprise, value stream mapping, facility planning, project management, and human factors engineering to guide them through improving their business.

 

Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Rick worked for more than 30 years in industrial engineering for manufacturers in the high-tech industry. He worked as an industrial engineer at both Square D Co. and Honeywell, then moved on to work as senior industrial engineer at Control Data Corp.

 

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from the University of North Dakota, and has completed coursework in both human factors engineering and ergonomics at the University of Minnesota.
