A Process Engineering Specialist for Enterprise Minnesota, Rick Dressler has over 30 years of experience in facilities and operations management. Rick’s knowledge base includes budget administration, continuous improvement, lean enterprise, manufacturing systems, corporate quality, safety management, and project management. He enjoys working with clients to increase efficiency and position for growth, showing them the benefits of investing in improving their business.

 

A Rick has owned a small business, served in positions of executive management for manufacturing businesses. In addition to being a business owner, prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Rick served as vice president of manufacturing for Sween Corporation and process improvement manager for Coughlan Companies, Inc.

 

A graduate of University of Minnesota Mankato with a bachelor’s degree, Rick is also holds certification as an instructor in Training Within Industry – Job Methods by the Central New York Technology Development Organization, Inc. He also holds several professional certifications including total quality management, strategic planning, and lean manufacturing. Rick currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Mankato Area Quality Council.
