Dick Pederson brings over 35 years of experience to serving south and southeastern Minnesota as a Professional Business Advisor for Enterprise Minnesota. With his background in executive coaching, product development, product liability management, process development, and manufacturing engineering, Dick has the expertise to facilitate the right consulting services for a client.

Dick began his career in engineering before moving on to several positions of management and executive management at various Minnesota manufacturers. Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Dick served as Director of Engineering for Eagle Engineering and Manufacturing.

Dick holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and biological engineering and a master’s degree in engineering, both from South Dakota State University. In addition to Dick’s designation as a Professional Engineer, he holds certification as a Professional Business Advisor from NIST MEP. Dick has related professional training in strategically managing technology, theory of constraints, lean accounting, seed investing as a team sport, and strategic corporate coaching skills. He is currently a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, and the Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
