As President & CEO of Enterprise Minnesota, Bob Kill guides the organization to achieve strategic and long-term goals. With more than 30 years experience in manufacturing executive management, he understands doing business in the state and has a passion to help others achieve success. Recognized as a spokesperson for Minnesota's manufacturing industry, his goal is to help the state's manufacturers grow and compete profitably.

 

Prior to leading Enterprise Minnesota, Kill served as chief executive officer of Ciprico Inc., a manufacturer of high performance data and networking systems. He was named Ciprico’s chairman of the board in March 2004. Before joining Ciprico, Kill served in several management positions with Northern Telecom Inc. Kill began his career with Burroughs Corporation where he progressed through a number of sales and marketing positions. He has served as a board member of technology, manufacturing, and startup companies, and currently serves as a board member on both the Minnesota Job Skills Partnership, and the State of Minnesota's Agriculture and Economic Development Board.

 

Kill received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota. An avid bicyclist and golfer, and he and his wife Jeanne also love to travel and spend time with family.
